DFTBA strives to ship your order in a timely and accurate fashion, but we're all human, and sometimes we humans make mistakes. Sometimes, orders can get damaged, lost, or delayed on their way to you. Other times, you might accidentally order the wrong size or color. Whatever the issue may be, you are entitled to a refund or a product exchange as long as it falls within our specifications below.
NOTES ABOUT RETURNS
The returned items must be returned to us in resale condition to qualify for a refund.
Returned clothing items must be unworn and unwashed.
Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning items.
Clearance items (items 50% off or more) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To help prevent you from ordering the wrong size, there are size charts on each product page that are pulled directly from the manufacturer's websites. We highly recommend using these to determine which size of clothing item you will need.
