Hank Green

Hank founded DFTBA with Alan Lastufka in 2008 after he made a bunch of CD-Rs of his home-produced album and people actually started buying them. Since then, Hank has been creating things that help people who create for a living, including VidCon, the world's largest conference for online video creators. When he's not doing those things, he's making stuff with his brother and a bunch of cool people through their production company, Complexly.

Dave Loos

A former journalist and hostel owner, Dave joined the DFTBA team in 2013. He lives in Missoula with his wife Heather, two kids and assorted animals, including eight chickens. His favorite things include pub trivia, running, the Boston Red Sox and coaching soccer. The hardest part of his job is explaining Pizzamas to non-Nerdfighters in less than 5 minutes.

Caenaan Hatfield

Warehouse Manager

Caenaan has called Montana home for over 24 years and loves all things that Missoula holds sacred, including good beer, good music and the outdoors. Other things that help remind Caenaan to be awesome: his hilarious wife and baby boy, his golden retriever, a giant family and playing sousaphone with his brass band.

Rachel Navarro

Project Manager

Rachel loves all things creative. She went to art school in Chicago and grew up in L.A. When she is not managing projects for DFTBA, she draws comics, sews, and co-hosts a movie review podcast called Reel Love.

Brandi Jessup

Creator Liaison

Brandi is a potter and former gallery owner/archaeologist from Greybull, WY. She is back in Missoula after a 10 year hiatus, and is so happy to be home. She travels every chance she gets, and when not liaising with awesome creators she can usually be found in the mountains or with her face in a book.

Meg O'Brien

Customer Service

Meg grew up in Florida and graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a Bachelor’s in Illustration. She moved to New York City to study Graphic Design and worked at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and relocated to Montana for the mountains and the quiet. She has been working in customer service for 15 years, and loves helping people. She likes to spend her free time drawing, painting, hiking with her dog and boyfriend, and camping.

Christa Theilen

Head Warehouse Operative

Christa is a former English teacher who ended up in Missoula after a teaching stint in Chile. She feels very lucky to have found a job at DFTBA. Her favorite activity is rescuing and rehabilitating abandoned, neglected and sick plants in her sunny apartment.
